Something Fruity

Hi there

I hope you have all had a good weekend.

I have not had much time for cardmaking because I am making something special for my Son's 40th Birthday - I can't tell you what yet in case he happens to look at my blog (although I doubt if he will!!)

It is taking up so much of my time because I have had to spend a lot of time looking for photos and scanning them etc.

Anyway I did manage to get round to making a card for the Totally Paper Crafts Challenge - which is "Get Fruity". Now I actually have some cherries in the garden which won't be long before they are ready for picking. But I haven't chosen cherries - I have used my new Magnolia stamp which has strawberries on it - my little Florence loves strawberries.

The paper is Nitwits and the flowers Wild Orchid Crafts.

Thank you for looking

Sounds intriguing .... can't wait to see what you make him, although may have an inkling. Great card too - love the fresh colours. Hugs, Claire x

Absolutely gorgeous, love those papers, great colours and to be quite honest the image doesn't look at all bad as the strawberries cover up the fact that she has no mouth, you should have drawn a nose in though.
Based my card on Lord of the Rings, was at my wits end what to do.
